Utilizing guidance from experienced coaches with professional and collegiate backgrounds, our organization aims to develop the skill and character of our coaches and youth athletes. While continuously educating our coaching staff and growing our coaching knowledge our goal is to conduct beneficial practices and game time experiences to develop our players to ultimately reach individual goals.

Our goal at SE is development for all of our players. We want to help our players reach personal goals and goals on the field.
As of 2022 our coaching staff together has helped 500+ kids reach their goals after high school. Our coaching staff has a combined 35 years of experience with team and individual coaching.
